Shipping
Tennis Warehouse processes and ships orders on business days (Monday - Friday). Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders may be shipped in multiple packages, and there will be a separate charge for each shipment (if applicable). Separate tracking information will be provided once each package has shipped.

Free 2-Day Shipping
Tennis Warehouse offers free shipping on orders over $50. Packages must be delivered to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Depending on location, orders will typically arrive within 1-5 business days.
Free shipping offers only apply to packages under 12 lbs. This offer is NOT valid on cases of tennis balls, orders containing demo racquets, or drop-shipped items like ball machines or stringing machines.
The shipping method will be determined by the destination. Possible shipping carriers include UPS and GLS. Both UPS and GLS offer comprehensive tracking and insured delivery.
$14.95 Overnight Shipping
Tennis Warehouse offers $14.95 overnight shipping on orders over $75. Orders must be delivered to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Package must be 1-4 lbs. to qualify.
Special $14.95 pricing only applies to packages 1-4 lbs.
The shipping carrier for your order will be determined by the delivery destination. Possible shipping carriers include UPS and FedEx. Both UPS and FedEx offer comprehensive tracking and insured delivery.
Additional Overnight Delivery Options
Additional shipping options are available during checkout. Pricing for these options will be based on the size and weight of the package along with the delivery destination. Specific details on delivery times will be shown when the shipping option is displayed.

USPS Priority Mail
Priority Mail shipping via USPS is available to all U.S. addresses, including Puerto Rico and Guam, and is the only shipping method available for orders shipping to a military APO/FPO address or shipping to a P.O. Box. Shipping charges vary according to the weight of the package and delivery destination.
Because of USPS size and weight restrictions, orders may be shipped in multiple packages which may result in additional shipping charges. If there are additional shipping charges, we will contact you before processing your order.
Orders containing only gift cards will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with no shipping charges.
United States Postal Service offers comprehensive tracking on their website. Separate tracking information will be provided once each package has shipped.
International Shipping
To view international shipping rates, place items in the shopping cart. In the "Calculate Shipping" box, select your country then click on the arrow to view the available rates. These shipping rates do not include custom fees or import charges that may be incurred when the package enters your country for delivery. For more information, see our international page.
Shipping to Hotels and Freight Forwarding Addresses
When shipping to a freight forwarding service or hotel, please be aware that our policy regarding replacements and refunds may be affected. If your package is confirmed as delivered according to tracking information but is subsequently misplaced, we regret to inform you that you may not be eligible for a replacement or refund. Additionally, a signature will be required on packages delivered to these addresses.
We recommend ensuring that the receiving location is secure and reliable. By choosing to ship to a freight forwarding service or hotel, you acknowledge and accept this policy. Thank you for your understanding!
Returns
90-Day Returns
Tennis racquets purchased as new, and returned used within the 90-day return window will only be eligible for a store credit of up to 65% of the original racquet value. Custom strung racquets are not eligible for a refund of string. Racquets that have the plastic wrap removed from the handle and/or any tennis ball fuzz on the strings are no longer considered new and are ineligible for a full refund. Sales are final on the purchase of used racquets, including used demos. We do not accept any used Padel racquet returns.
Products returned in used or worn condition can be exchanged for another item or are eligible to receive store credit for the full value of the purchase, excluding tennis racquets, shoes, balls, court equipment, and stringing machines. Please note that while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of used returns within a twelve-month period may limit your eligibility for exchanges or store credit.
Products returned beyond 90 days from the original invoice date may be eligible to receive store credit at the sole discretion of Tennis Warehouse.
An email notification will be sent when the return is processed. Please note our free return shipping is via UPS Ground and may take up to 7-10 days to return to our warehouse. Returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days of the package arriving back at our warehouse.

Drop Ship Returns
Drop shipped items must be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of the original invoice date in an unused condition and their original packaging. In order to return a drop shipped item, a Return Authorization form must be requested from Tennis Warehouse. To begin this process, please email machines@tennis-warehouse.com.
You are responsible for any restocking and return shipping costs associated with your drop shipped return. Return shipping labels are not provided for drop shipped items.
Free Return Shipping
Free return shipping is available for all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States these orders will include a complimentary pre-paid UPS Ground return label in the box when the order is delivered. If you use the pre-paid return label provided, please allow 7-10 business days for the return package to arrive back at Tennis Warehouse.
Orders shipped to international, APO/FPO, Alaskan or Hawaiian addresses or U.S. territories are not eligible for the free return shipping offer.
Cases of balls do not qualify for return shipping.
Return Forms
In your package, you will receive an invoice that has a return form on the back, you can also download the returns form that applies to your order above.
Instructions for Domestic Returns
Once you have your returns form filled out, place the items you would like to return back into the original shipping box, soft pack, or similar shipping container. Place your returns form in the package and securely tape your shipment closed.
Attach the enclosed UPS return label to the outside of the box or soft pack. Write down the tracking number located on the return shipping label to track the progress of your package back to our warehouse. Remove or black out any other labels.
Drop the box off at any authorized UPS Service Station or UPS building. To find the UPS Service Station closest to you click here. You can also return your shipment by handing your package to a UPS driver. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days once it arrives back at Tennis Warehouse.
If you request an exchange, the product you have requested will be shipped back to you free of charge via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Standard shipping rates apply.
Instructions for International Returns
Once you have your returns form filled out, place the items you would like to return back into the original shipping box, soft pack, or similar shipping container. Place your returns form in the package and securely tape your shipment closed.
Ship the return package back to the following address with your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend choosing a carrier that provides tracking information. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Write down the tracking number for the return from your preferred shipping carrier to track the progress of your package back to our warehouse.

Any customs fee incurred by Tennis Warehouse will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges and customs fees that were assessed on the original order are non-refundable.

Follow the instructions above based on your location, using the Gift Returns Form instead of the Form found on the back of the invoice.
Warranties & Defective Items
If you receive an item that is broken or defective prior to use, contact Tennis Warehouse immediately to arrange for a replacement or credit.
For defects or damage that occurs after an item has been used, it is subject to warranty terms that vary by item and manufacturer. Please contact us about return procedures for any product you believe to be defective.
All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
Racquet Warranties
All racquets purchased new, come with a one-year warranty against defects. If it's deemed defective, a replacement will be issued immediately. The replacement racquet will be strung with the string & tension originally purchased.
If the original racquet is no longer available you will be contacted to choose a racquet of equal or lesser value within the same brand, or a Tennis Warehouse store credit.
If the racquet is not considered defective, it will be returned to you for free with a detailed explanation. Please see the images below with examples of wear and tear that are not considered defects.
Tennis Warehouse 6-Month Durability Guarantee
Tennis Warehouse offers a one-time 6-month outsole durability guarantee on select shoes. If you wear through the outsole within 6 months of purchasing a qualifying shoe from Tennis Warehouse, you may return them for a one-time replacement.
Product descriptions of qualifying shoes will state they have the "Tennis Warehouse 6-Month Durability Guarantee". This durability guarantee only covers the rubber outsole of the shoe. Eligible shoes must be completely worn through the outsole and into the midsole or insole of the shoe. Any damage to the toe guard or the upper of the shoe does not qualify for a replacement.
Please send back your qualifying shoe to Tennis Warehouse for your replacement. If the original shoe is no longer available, you will be contacted to choose a new shoe of equal or lesser value within the same brand, or a store credit.
